We all want to stand out from the crowd and go beyond… Our new BODY perfumes guarantee it will happen!

You probably remember the smell that accompanied you when opening our packages. That’s it! A must have that each of you must have at home. Why each of you? Because BODY perfumes are UNISEX, which means that they will suit all our customers. When creating perfumes, we cooperated with a laboratory in France, which allowed us to achieve the dream fragrance and perfume concentration.

The perfume contains a minimum amount of allergens, so it will be suitable for the most demanding people. We were inspired by fragrances with woody and musk notes.

Returns & Complaints

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we accept returns and exchanges. You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract and an additional 14 days to return the item. Please make sure that returned products are unused, in original condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear. Returns and exchanges can be made in person or by shipping — all details can be found here. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

Complaints

If your product has a defect, please submit a complaint by email to kontakt@pgclothes.com, including photos and a description of the issue. Once your claim is approved, return the product in clean condition to the provided address. You may use a free DHL return label or an InPost return code. Complaints are processed within 14 days. Please note that statutory warranty rights are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, and defects caused by improper use are not subject to complaint.
