Please make sure that returned products are unused, in original condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

Complaints

If your product has a defect, please submit a complaint by email to kontakt@pgclothes.com, including photos and a description of the issue. Once your claim is approved, return the product in clean condition to the provided address. You may use a free DHL return label or an InPost return code. Complaints are processed within 14 days. Please note that statutory warranty rights are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, and defects caused by improper use are not subject to complaint.
